Back in the early 90's, Sally Ann used to spend a lot of time playing Street Fighter II - The World Warrior with friends. Chun Li was the very first female fighter in the world of video games and was, obviously, Sally Ann's on-screen favourite character.

The lyrics were heavily inspired by how Sally Ann used to feel when playing Chun Li.

The music compostition was inspired by the hours Sylvain spent playing International Karate + on his beloved Amiga 500.
